Description

    Technisches Gebiet
  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bandabblasvorrichtung für ein Schleifband in einer Bearbeitungsmaschine, das für die Bearbeitung von Werkstücken, die bevorzugt aus Holz, holzähnlichen Werkstoffen und/oder Metall hergestellt sind, vorgesehen ist.
  • Stand der Technik
  • Im Betrieb von Bandschleifmaschinen entsteht beim Abschleifen von Werkstücken Staub. Dieser Staub verschmutzt das Werkstück und auch das Schleifband. Dieser Staub stört bei der weiteren Bearbeitung des Werkstücks und beeinträchtigt auch die Schleifleistungen des Schleifbands. Um ein Werkstück zu reinigen wurde in der DE 42 328 30 C5 vorgeschlagen, eine Abblas- und Absaugvorrichtung vorzusehen, die geeignet ist, ein Werkstück von dem Staub zu befreien, und die mehrere Auslassöffnungen an einer Mehrzahl von Blasvorrichtungen umfasst, die über die Arbeitsbreite der Schleifmaschine verteilt sind. Diese Blasvorrichtungen sind einzeln ansteuerbar sind, so dass je für eine Blasvorrichtung oder eine Gruppe von Blasvorrichtungen ein Steuerventil und ein Sensor vorgesehen ist, der die Kontur des zu bearbeitenden Werkstücks erfasst und Informationen an ein Steuergerät liefert, das entsprechend der Kontur die einzelnen Blasvorrichtungen oder eine Gruppe nebeneinander liegender Blasvorrichtungen ansteuert.
  • Eine solche Vorrichtung ist zwar geeignet, die benötigte Luftmenge zu reduzieren, erzielt jedoch keinen verbesserten Reinigungseffekt gegenüber einer andauernd laufenden Abblasvorrichtung.
  • Um bei der Reinigung des Schleifbands bessere Ergebnisse zu erzielen verwendet die EP 0724933 A1 eine Düsenanordnung, die durch eine Bewegung der Düsenanordnung das gesamte Schleifband lückenlos und über die gesamte Breite erreicht. Auch in der CH 405975 A schwingt eine Düsenanordnung aus diesem Grund über die Breite des Schleifbands hin und her. Eine solche Bewegung der Düsenanordnung erfordert aber eine aufwendigere Konstruktion. Außerdem ist der Weg, den die Düsenanordnung bewegt wird, bei diesen Ausführungen auch sehr groß, so dass eine hohe Frequenz, mit der die Bewegung in der Regel durchgeführt werden, zu einem sehr hohen mechanischem Verschleiß führen und die Bauteile öfter ausgetauscht werden müssen.
  • Darstellung der Erfindung
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, dass die Reinigungswirkung einiger der herkömmlichen Abblasvorrichtungen zwar ausreichend für die Reinigung eines Werkstücks sind, da dort meist glatte Flächen vorhanden sind, jedoch für die Reinigung eines Schleifbands nur eine unzureichende Leistung erbringen. Andere herkömmliche Abblasvorrichtungen können zwar ein Schleifband ausreichend reinigen, diese Vorrichtungen haben jedoch aufgrund der hohen Betriebsfrequenz einen sehr großen mechanischen Verschleiß.
  • Eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, eine Bandabblasvorrichtung bereitzustellen, die einen geringeren Verschleiß als die herkömmlichen Geräte aufweisen, gleichzeitig aber ein Schleifaggregat ausreichend gründlich säubern können.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Weitere die Erfindung ausgestaltende Merkmale sind in den Unteransprüchen enthalten.
  • Eine erfindungsgemäßes Bandabblasvorrichtung zum Reinigen eines Schleifaggregats mit einem umlaufenden Schleifband zum schleifenden Bearbeiten eines Werkstücks umfasst eine Düsenanordnung mit einer Vielzahl von Düsen zum Ausblasen von Luft, die in Laufrichtung quer über dem Schleifaggregat angeordnet sind und auf dieses gerichtet sind, wobei die Düsenanordnung zumindest eine Schnittstelle und eine Leitungseinrichtung umfasst, die Luft von der Schnittstelle zu den Düsen leitet, und wobei mittels der Schnittstelle die Luft in die Leitungseinrichtung geleitet wird, eine Steuereinrichtung, die das ausblasen der Luft durch die Düsenanordnung steuert, wobei die Düsenanordnung mehrere Düsenreihen mit mehreren Düsen aufweist, wobei zumindest zwei der Düsenreihen zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind und die Steuereinrichtung so eingerichtet ist, dass die einzelnen Düsenreihen jeweils unabhängig voneinander betrieben werden können. Durch die Anordnung mehrerer Düsenreihen, die unabhängig voneinander betrieben werden, wird die Reinigungswirkung durch die Bewegungssimulation der Bandabblasvorrichtung erhöht, so dass die auch für ein Schleifband verwendet werden kann. Gleichzeitig ist durch die tatsächlich fehlende starke Bewegung der Verschleiß der Vorrichtung reduziert.
  • Bevorzugt werden die einzelnen Düsenreihen sequentiell nacheinander betrieben. Dadurch wird das Reinigungsergebnis des Schleifbands noch einmal verbessert.
  • Ferner ist die Düsenanordnung bevorzugt in einem Stranggussprofil aus Aluminium oder Kunststoff hergestellt, so dass die Leitungen und Schnittstellen weiter bevorzugt alle einstückig mit den Düsen ausgestaltet werden können. Weiter bevorzugt ist die Düsenanordnung, bevorzugt die gesamte Bandabblasvorrichtung, bewegbar angeordnet. Diese Bewegung findet wieder vorzugsweise in einer Ebene parallel zur Laufrichtung des Schleifbands statt, weiter bevorzugt in einer Richtung parallel oder senkrecht zur Laufrichtung. Die Bewegung wird dabei bevorzugt mit einer Frequenz von 0,1 Hz bis 1,5 Hz, am besten aber mit 0,5 Hz durchgeführt. Dies steigert weiter die Reinigungswirkung, insbesondere zusammen mit einer sequentiellen Ansteuerung der Düsenreihen.
  • Dabei sind die Düsen der einzelnen Düsenreihen jeweils so versetzt, dass die zueinander versetzten Düsenreihen im Wesentlichen auf einer geraden Verbindungslinie liegen. Das heißt, dass der Versetzungsabstand der einzelnen Düsenreihen zur nächsten Düsenreihe jeweils konstant ist, bevorzugt etwa 30 mm. Auch hier wird durch die Anordnung der schräg versetzten Düsenreihen eine verbesserte Reinigungswirkung erzielt.
  • Die Düsen einer oder mehrerer Düsenreihen sind dabei bevorzugt schräg zum Schleifband geneigt, insbesondere zur Seite.
  • Ein Schleifaggregat bzw. die Bandabblaseinrichtung wird bevorzugt bei einer Bearbeitungsmaschine verwendet, die ebenfalls eine Fördereinrichtung für Werkstücke aufweist.
  • Kurze Beschreibung der Figuren

    Beschreibung der bevorzugten Ausführungsform
  • In Figur 1 ist eine Bearbeitungsmaschine zu sehen, die eine Fördereinrichtung 5 mit einem Transportband 6, auf dem ein Werkstück 4 liegt, ein umlaufendes Schleifaggregat 2 mit und eine Bandabblasvorrichtung 1 aufweist. Das Werkstück 4 wird dabei von Fördereinrichtung 5 auf dem Transportband 6 bis zu dem Schleifaggregat 2 transportiert und dort von diesem Schleifband 3 bearbeitet. Das umlaufende Schleifaggregat 2 ist in der vorliegenden Ausführungsform ein Schleifband 3, da dieses ein häufig eingesetztes Schleifaggregat 2 ist. Andere sich bewegende Schleifaggregate sind aber von der Erfindung eingeschlossen. Der beim Schleifen entstehende Schleifstaub legt sich dann sowohl auf das Werkstück 4 nieder, als auch auf das Schleifband 3. Auch wenn die folgende Beschreibung auf Ausführungsformen einer Bandabblasvorrichtung beschreibt, ist diese Bandabblasvorrichtung prinzipiell geeignet, auch zur Reinigung von Werkstücken verwendet zu werden . In einem solchen Fall ist die Ausgestaltung der Bandabblasvorrichtung relativ zum Schleifaggregat, auf das geförderte Werkstück zu bezieher.
  • Die Bandabblasvorrichtung 1 weist eine Düsenanordnung 8 und eine Steuervorrichtung (nicht gezeigt) auf.
  • In Figur 2 ist eine Bandabblasvorrichtung 1 zu sehen, die drei Düsenreihen 10 beinhaltet. Eine Düsenreihe 10 besteht dabei aus einem Stranggussprofil mit mehreren einzelnen Düsen. Der Begriff "Düsen" umfasst in der einfachsten Form auch bloße Löcher oder Bohrungen in dem Stranggussprofil, durch die die Luft ausgestoßen wird. Bevorzugt sind die Düsen aber zusätzliche Elemente, die speziell für das gerichtete Ausstoßen der Luft konzipiert sind. Solche Düsen sind beispielhaft in den Figuren 5 und 6 zu erkennen. In der vorliegenden Ausführungsform sind spezielle Düsen in ein Stranggussprofil eingeschraubt, welches Druckluftleitungen enthält, die die Düsen 12 miteinander verbinden. Die Düsen 12 werden in dafür vorgesehene Aufnahmen 9 geschraubt. Die einzelnen Düsen 12 müssen allerdings nicht in ein Stranggussprofil eingeschraubt sein, sie können ebenfalls mit einer einfachen Steckverbindung angeschlossen werden, angeschweißt oder gleich einstückig mit dem Stranggussprofil ausgebildet sein. Das Stranggussproril selbst ist wiederum bevorzugt aus Aluminium, einem Stahl oder einem Kunststoff hergestellt.
  • Die einzelnen Düsenreihen 10 können jeweils als einzelne Stranggussprofile ausgeführt sein, oder können einstückig ausgebildet sein, so dass zwei oder mehrere Düsenreihen in einem einzelnen Stranggussprofil ausgebildet sind. Die einzelnen Düsenreihen 10 können dabei bevorzugt modulartig stapelbar sein, so dass weitere Düsenreihen 10 sehr einfach auf die bestehende Düsenanordnung 8 aufgesteckt werden können. Eine Düsenanordnung 8 umfasst zumindest zwei Düsenreihen 10, bevorzugt jedoch drei, vier oder noch mehr, die übereinander, also in z-Richtung versetzt, angeordnet sind. Weiter bevorzugt sind die Düsenreihen 10 in x-Richtung zueinander um einen Abstand v versetzt, der idealerweise 25 mm bis 35 mm, weiter bevorzugt 30 mm beträgt. Der Abstand v ist dabei bevorzugt konstant, so dass die einzelnen Düsenreihen 10 zueinander um den gleichen Abstand versetzt angeordnet sind und die entsprechenden Düsen 12 der verschiedenen Gruppen G1 G2, G3 auf einer Geraden liegen. Die Düsenanordnung 8 weist dabei eine oder mehrer Schnittstellen 11 auf, über die Druckluft von einer externen Druckluftleitung oder einem Drucklufterseugungsgerät (nicht gezeigt) eingeleitet wird. Die Drucklufteinleitung wird dabei bevorzugt von einer Magnetventileinheit bestimmt, die die Luftzufuhr in die verschiedenen Druckluftleitungen durch Öffnen und Schließen der entsprechenden Ventile steuert.
  • Es sollte angemerkt werden, dass Druckluft zwar das bevorzugte Fluid für die Verwendung der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, dass allerdings verschiedene Fluide oder Gase verwendet werden können, die sich für den jeweiligen Zweck und die jeweilige Umgebung am besten eignen. Für eine Verwendung der vorliegenden Bandabblasvorrichtung in der Holzverarbeitung kann auch feuchte Luft verwendet werden, die beispielsweise auch zusätzlich eine Luftfeuchtigkeit von 20% bis 80% aufweisen kann, wodurch sich der abgeblasene Staub in der Feuchtigkeit binden und sich daher einfacher entfernen lässt.
  • Grundsätzlich ist es bevorzugt, Stranggussprofile zu verwenden, in die die Druckluftleitungen zu den Düsen 12 schon integriert sind, es ist jedoch möglich, das Grundprinzip der Erfindung auch mit einfachen Druckschläuchen zu verwirklichen, die jeweils zu einer oder mehreren Düsen 12 führen (bspw. ein Schlauch mit mehreren Öffnungen, an denen die Düsen 12 befestigt werden) oder jede Düse einzeln durch einen Schlauch mit Druckluft zu versorgen.
  • Die Düsenanordnung 8 wird so angeordnet, dass sie auf das Schleifband 3 gerichtet ist, genauer gesagt dass die Düsen 12 der Düsenreihen 10 auf das Schleifband 3 gerichtet sind, also die ausgestoßene Luft auf das Schleifband 3 treffen kann. Generell ist in Figur 5 eine Ausführungsfcrm gezeigt, in der die Ausrichtung der Düsen 12 senkrecht auf das Schleifband 3 ausgebildet ist. Es wird jedoch eine Ausrichtung bevorzugt, bei der die Düsen 12 schräg zum Schleifband 3 ausgerichtet sind (siehe Figur 6). Schräg kann theoretisch in jede Richtung bedeuten, beispielsweise in eine Richtung in oder entgegen der Laufrichtung des Schleifbandes 3 im Betrieb, was einer Ausrichtung in einer y-z-Ebene entspricht, bevorzugt ist aber eine Ausrichtung in der x-y-Ebene, so wie es in Figur 6 dargestellt ist.
  • Die Neigung der Düsen 12 ist bevorzugt in einem Bereich von etwa 25°bis 55° zur Seite, vorzugsweise 30° bis 40° und weiter bevorzugt etwa 35° zu einer geraden Ausrichtung, wie sie in Figur 5 zu sehen ist. Selbstverständlich können die Düsen 12 gleichseitig sowohl in x-Richtung als auch in y-Richtung geneigt sein. Ferner ist die Neigung der Düsen 12 bevorzugt abwechselnd gestaltet, so dass die einzelnen Düsengruppen G1, G2, G3 in gegenüberliegende Richtungen geneigt sind.
  • Es ist auch möglich, die gesamte Düsenanordnung 8 bewegbar oder drehbar auszugestalten, so dass eine Neigung vorgesehen werden kann, die entgegen oder in der Laufrichtung L, in Figur 1 angezeigt durch einen Pfeil, gekippt ist. Eine solche Neigung ist als gestrichelte Ausgestaltung in Figur 1 gezeigt. Generell ist jedoch eine Ausrichtung parallel zum Schleifband 3 bevorzugt, in der die Düsenanordnung 8 quer über dem Schleifband 3 und, wie oben erwähnt, senkrecht zum Schleifband angeordnet ist.
  • Die Düsenanordnung 8 oder die gesamte Bandabblasvorrichtung 1 ist weiter vorzugsweise auch linear bewegbar gelagert. Die Bewegung ist dabei bevorzugt in einer Ebene E, die sich parallel zum Schleifband 3 erstreckt, in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Bewegung quer oder parallel zur Laufrichtung L in der Ebene E. Die Bewegung erfolgt dabei in einer Frequenz von 0,1 Hz bis 1,5 Hz, bevorzugt mit 0,5 Hz.
  • Die Bewegung wird beispielsweise von einem Oszillationszylinder (nicht gezeigt) erzeugt, der die Düsenanordnung oder auch nur die Düsenreihen (das
    Stranggussprofil) bewegen kann und der selbst außerhalb der Anordnung, bzw. außerhalb der Düsenreihen gelagert ist. Bevorzugt weißt dieser Oszillationszylinder eine Kupplung auf, die zwischen dem Zylinder und dem jeweiligen bewegten Element angeordnet ist und mechanische Spannungen ausgleichen kann.
  • Die Steuerung der einzelnen Düsenreihen 10 oder auch der einzelnen Düsen 12 ist dabei generell voneinander unabhängig. Das heißt, dass beispielsweise ein Ventil an der
    Schnittstelle vorgesehen sein kann, das die Zufuhr der Druckluft in die Druckleitungen der Düsenreihen 10 abschneiden kann, so dass die Düsen 12 der entsprechenden Düsenreihe 10 keine Luft ausstoßen. Es ist auch denkbar, dass jede einzelne Düse mit einem Ventil versehen ist, bevorzugt wird jedoch die Leitung der ganzen Düsenreihe 10 mit nur einem Ventil versehen und so alle Düsen 12 einer Düsenreihe 10 gleichzeitig gesteuert. Eine andere Möglichkeit stellen Stoppventile dar, die in den Druckleitungen vorgesehen sein können, so dass nur ein Teil einer Düsenreihe 10 aus einer jeweiligen Gruppe Luft ausblasen kann (bspw. nur die linke Hälfte oder das linke Drittel) . Alternativ kann dazu auch an beiden Seiten der Düsenanordnung 8 eine Schnittstelle für die Zufuhr von Druckluft vorgesehen sein, so dass beide Seiten angesteuert werden können und die linke oder rechte Hälfte jeweils einzeln Luft ausblasen können. Dabei ist dieses Vorgehen natürlich nicht auf "Hälften." beschränkt, sondern die Stoppventile können die Düsenreihen jeweils in Drittel oder Viertel einteilen. Im äußersten Fall kann jede Düse einzeln angesteuert werden. Eine ziemlich einfache Realisierung eines Stoppventils könnten einzelne Blindstopfen darstellen, die in ein Düsenloch anstelle einer Düse eingesetzt werden können und dann die Druckluftleitung blockieren, so dass die Luftweiterleitung unterbrochen wird. Solche Blindstopfen können bspw. aus Gummi und in einer Form hergestellt sein, die auf die jeweilige Druckleitung angepasst ist.
  • Da unter Umständen die Düsen vom Schleifband beschädigt werden könnten, beispielsweise wenn das Schleifband bei einem Wechsel an die Düsen gerät oder eine Fehlfunktion auftritt, kann um die Düsen herum und/oder zwischen den Düsen oder den Düsenreihen ein Steg vorgesehen sein, der sich von der Oberfläche der Düsenanordnung, an der die Düsen angeordnet sind, abhebt, so dass die Düsen geschützt werden. Bspw. könnte dieser Steg zwischen den Düsenreihen senkrecht hervorstehen, so dass auch eine schräge Ausrichtung der Düsen wie in Figur 6 die Luft ausblasen kann, ohne dass diese durch den Steg behindert wird. Der Steg ist bevorzugt geringfügig höher, als die Düsen hervorstehen.
  • Die Figuren 3 und 4 zeigen bevorzugte Ansteuerungen der Düsenreihen 10. Die einzelnen Düsengruppen haben einen voreingestellten Ansteuerzeitpunkt t1, t2, t3 innerhalb eines Zyklus. Ein Zyklus beschreibt dabei die Ansteuerung der Gruppen G1, G2, G3, die sich immer wieder wiederholt. Der Ansteuerzeitpunkt markiert den Beginn des Ausstoßens von Luft aus den Düsen der entsprechenden Gruppe. Die Dauer, für die die jeweilige Gruppe aktiviert ist, also Luft aufbläst, kann eingestellt werden. In den Figuren 3 und 4 sind Beispiele für eine Düsenanordnung gezeigt, die drei Gruppen zeigt, deren Ansteuerzeit, also die Zeitdauer, für die eine Gruppe Luft ausbläst, bevorzugt gleichmäßig über einen Zyklus verteilt sind. Wenn mehrere vier oder mehr Düsenreihen vorhanden sind, werden diese ebenfalls bevorzugt gleichmäßig über einen Zyklus angesteuert. Grundsätzlich kann man sagen, dass in der bevorzugten Ausführungsform ein Zyklus mit dem Ansteuerzeitpunkt der ersten angesteuerten Gruppe (hier G1 beginnt, und mit dem Abschalten der letzten angesteuerten Gruppe (hier G3) endet.
  • Beispielhaft wird nun die Ansteuerung für die in Figur 3 gezeigte Ausführungsform mit drei Düsenreihen beschrieben. Das Magnetventil der Gruppe 1 wird für eine gewisse Zeit, bevorzugt eine Bandumdrehung des Schleifbands 3 (bspw. 1 sek. bei einer Bandumdrehung von 2 m/sek. und einer Bandlänge von 2m), angesteuert und Luft aus Gruppe 1 ausgeblasen. Direkt nach Abschaltung von Gruppe 1 wird Gruppe 2 für die gleiche Zeit angeschaltet. Dasselbe passiert nach Abschaltung der Gruppe 2 mit Gruppe 3. In der vorliegenden Ausführungsform mit drei Düsenreihen 10 wird nach Abschaltung der Gruppe 3, also nach einem Zyklus, wieder Gruppe 1 aktiviert und der Vorgang wiederholt. Bei mehr Gruppen oder bei weniger Gruppen wird analog verfahren, wobei die erste Gruppe wieder zugeschaltet wird, wenn die letzte Gruppe ausgeschaltet wird. Das oben beschriebene Verfahren kann ist jedoch lediglich bevorzugt und verschiedene Abwandlungen sind selbstverständlich möglich. Zum Beispiel könnte die nachfolgende Gruppe nicht direkt nach Abschaltung der vorangehenden Gruppe aktiviert werden, sondern gleichzeitig mit der Abschaltung. Oder der Betrieb der einzelnen Gruppen kann sich auch überschneiden. Auch kann die Ansteuerung generell in beliebiger Reihenfolge geschehen. Bei 3 Gruppen mag dies noch lediglich zu einer Umkehrung der Ansteuerung führen, bei vier Gruppen kann die Reihenfolge allerdings auch G1-G3-G2-G4 oder G1-G2-G4-G3 erfolgen. Darüber hinaus kann die Ansteuerung verschiedener Gruppen auch gleichzeitig erfolgen, Bei beispielsweise sechs Düsenreihen 10 würden dann bei den sechs Gruppen die Gruppe 1 und die Gruppe 4 gleichzeitig ausblasen, die Gruppe 2 und die Gruppe 5 und die Gruppe 3 und die Gruppe 6.
  • Durch die abwechselnde Ansteuerung der Düsen 12 kann eine Oszillationsbewegung des Systems simuliert werden, so das der Luftverbrauch möglichst niedrig gehalten, eine homogene Reinigung des Schleifbands 3 erzielt und gleichzeitig ein fest installiertes System verwendet werden kann.
  • Die Länge der Ansteuerung kann über ein Bedienterminal eingestellt werden, Dazu wird vereinfacht ein Zyklus, dessen Zeitdauer separat und bevorzugt in Abhängigkeit der Schleifbandlänge und/oder der Schleifbandgeschwindigkeit eingestellt werden kann, als 100% oder als 1 angenommen. In Figur drei ist demnach die Länge des Düsenbetriebs der einzelnen Gruppen G1, G2, G3 auf jeweils 33,3%, bzw. 1/3 eingestellt. Somit schaltet sich Gruppe 2 gleichzeitig mit der Abschaltung der Gruppe 1 ein. Bevorzugt kann auch eine Überschneidung der Ansteuerung der einzelnen Gruppe eingestellt werden, so dass beispielsweise Gruppe 1 erst nach der Hälfte des Zeitimoulses von Gruppe 2 abgeschaltet wird, während gleichzeitig oder direkt danach Gruppe 3 zugeschaltet wird. In Figur 4 ist beispielhaft eine Einstellung von 66%, bzw. 2/3 gezeigt. Diese Überschneidung kann soweit eingestellt werden, bis alle Düsenreihen 10 bei 100%, bzw. 1 gleichzeitig laufen. Dadurch wird die maximale Reinigungswirkung entfaltet. Bei drei Gruppen und einer Betriebsdauer einer Gruppe von weniger als 33,3%, bzw. 1/3, bleibt eine kurze Pause zwischen den einzelnen Gruppen. Dies kann aber bei einer leichten Reinigung von bspw. sehr glatten Flächen schon ausreichen und damit weiter den Luftverbrauch reduzieren. In einer beispielhaften Ausführungsform gibt es 5 Stufen, denen ansteigend von 1 bis 5 die Ansteuerzeit von 20%, 33%, 50%, 66% und 100% zugewiesen sind. Eine stufenlose Verstellung ist ebenfalls möglich.
  • In einer weiteren Ausführungsform wird auch die Zeitdauer, die eine Gruppe angesteuert wird, in Abhängigkeit von der Schleifbandgeschwindigkeit eingestellt. Dadurch könnte bei einer ansteigenden Schleifbandgeschwindigkeit eine geringere Impulslänge für die einzelnen Gruppen ausreichend sein.
  • Um den Reinigungseffekt, der durch die Bewegungssimulation stark verbessert wird, weiter zu erhöhen, kann die Düsenanordnung 8 selbst auch bewegbar ausgebildet sein, wie oben schon erwähnt. Solch eine Oszillation der Düsenanordnung 8 kann allerdings wesentlich geringer ausfallen als im Stand der Technik.
  • In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist um die Düsenanordnung 8 eine Absaugvorrichtung 13 vorgesehen, die den Staub, der von dem Schleifband 3 geblasen wird, aufnehmen und abtransportieren können.

Claims (13)

  1. Bandabblasvorrichtung (1) für ein Schleifaggregat (2) mit einer Schleifeinrichtung (3) zum Bearbeiten eines Werkstücks (4), umfassend:
    eine Düsenanordnung (8) mit einer Vielzahl von Düsen (12) zum Ausblasen von Luft, die quer über der Schleifeinrichtung (3) in Bezug auf deren Laufrichtung (L) angeordnet ist und auf die Schleifeinrichtung (3) gerichtet ist, wobei die Düsenanordnung (8) zumindest eine Leitungseinrichtung umfasst, die Druckluft zu den Düsen (12) leitet; und
    eine Steuereinrichtung, die das Ausblasen der Druckluft aus der Düsenanordnung (8) steuert;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Düsenanordnung (8) mehrere Düsenreihen (10) aufweist, von denen bevorzugt zumindest zwei zueinander versetzt sind, und
    die Steuereinrichtung eingerichtet ist, zumindest zwei Düsenreihen (10) unabhängig voneinander zu betreiben.
  2. Bandabblasvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Steuereinrichtung eingerichtet ist, die einzelnen Düsenreihen (10) in einer vorbestimmten Reihenfolge, insbesondere nacheinander zu betreiben.
  3. Bandabblasvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Düsenanordnung (8) aus einem Aluminiumstranggussprofil oder einem Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
  4. Bandabblasvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend eine Absaugvorrichtung (13) umfasst, die im Bereich der Düsenanor-dnung (8) angeordnet ist, bevorzugt in zumindest einer Ausblasrichtung der Düsen (12).
  5. Bandabblasvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden An sprüche, bei dem die die Düsenanordnung (8) oder die Bandabblasvorrichtung (1) bewegbar angeordnet ist.
  6. Bandabblasvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 5, bei dem die die Düsenanordnung (8) oder die Bandabblasvorrichtung (1) in einer Ebene parallel zur Ebene der Schleifeinrichtung (3) bewegbar ist, bevorzugt in einer Richtung parallel oder senkrecht zur Laufrichtung (L) .
  7. Bandabblasvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, bei dem die Steuereinrichtung die Düsenanordnung (8) oder die Bandabblasvorrichtung (1) mit einer Frequenz von 0,1 Hz bis 1,5 Hz, bevorzugt mit 0,5 Hz bewegt.
  8. Bandabblasvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Düsen der einzelnen Düsenreihen (10) der Düsenanordnung (12) geneigt sind, bevorzugt so, dass die Düsen der einzelnen Gruppen (G1, G2, G3) abwechselnd in gegenläufige Richtungen geneigt sind.
  9. Bandabblasvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Düsenanordnung (8) oder die Bandabblasvorrichtung (1) zur Schleifeinrichtung (3) geneigt ausgerichtet ist.
  10. Bandabblasvcrrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem zumindest zwei Düsenreihen, bevorzugt drei oder mehr, weiter bevorzugt alle, um einen gleichen Abstand (v) versetzt sind
  11. Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Schleifeinrichtung (3) oder eines Werkstücks (4) unter Verwendung einer Bandabblasvorrichtung (1) mit einer Düsenanordnung (8), die zumindest zwei Düsenreihen (10) umfasst, und einer Steuereinrichtung, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte aufweist:
    Betätigen der ersten Düsenreihe (G1), so dass Luft aus den Düsen (12) ausgestoßen wird;
    Beenden der Betätigung der ersten Düsenreihe, wobei gleichzeitig oder unmittelbar danach, die zweite Düsenreihe (G2) betätigt wird, so dass eine sich bewegende Düsenanordnung (8) simuliert wird.
  12. Schleifaggregat mit einer Bandabblasvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine Schleifeinrichtung (3) zum Bearbeiten eines Werkstücks (4).
  13. Bearbeitungsmaschine mit einem Schleifaggregat (2) nach Anspruch 12, ferner umfassend
    eine Fördereinrichtung (5), die Werkstücke (4) zum Schleifaggregat (2) transportiert, so dass diese dort bearbeitet werden können.
