Claims (7)

1. Ouverture de remplissage d'huile de lubrification d'un moteur à combustion interne, cette ouverture de remplissage (12) étant de forme tubulaire et comportant un couvercle de fermeture (15) avec un verrouillage à baïonnette, tandis que sur la face externe de la paroi de l'ouverture de remplissage (12) est disposé un séparateur d'huile (22), dans lequel arrivent les gaz de contournement sortant du carter de vilebrequin et qui sont ensuite amenés à la tubulure d'aspiration et/ou à l'entrée du filtre d'air, tandis que pour le retour de l'huile de lubrification rassemblée dans le séparateur d'huile (22) il est prévu une ouverture de retour (23, 24) entre le séparateur d'huile (22) et l'ouverture de remplissage (12), ouverture de remplissage d'huile de lubrification caractérisée en ce qu'à l'intérieur de cette ouverture de remplissage (12) il est prévu une pièce de fermeture (25) réalisée sous la forme d'un tiroir rotatif et qui ferme ou bien libère l'ouverture de retour (23, 24) entre le séparateur d'huile (22) et l'ouverture de remplissage (12) et cette pièce de fermeture (25) est susceptible d'être reliée de façon amovible au couvercle de fermeture (15) et d'être actionnée au moyen de ce couvercle de fermeture (15), de façon que lors de la fermeture de l'ouverture de remplissage (12) au moyen du couvercle de fermeture (15), l'ouverture de retour (23, 24) soit ouverte et que lorsque l'ouverture de remplissage (12) est ouverte au moyen du couvercle de fermeture (15), l'ouverture de retour (23, 24) soit fermée.
2. Ouverture de remplissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le séparateur d'huile (22) est disposé annulairement autour de l'ouverture de remplissage (12) et qu'il est prévu au moins deux ouvertures de retour (23, 24), tandis que la pièce de fermeture (25) est réalisée sous la forme d'une douille qui s'applique sur la face interne de la paroi de l'ouverture de remplissage (12) et comporte deux ouvertures (26, 27) qui libèrent les ouvertures de retour (23, 24).
3. Ouverture de remplissage selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la pièce de fermeture (25) comporte dans une partie en regard du couvercle de fermeture (15) au moins une partie en forme de nervure (29) et qu'il est prévu sur le couvercle de fermeture (15) une fourche d'entraînement (30) qui vient en prise sur la partie en forme de nervure (29) et qui transmet le mouvement de rotation du couvercle de fermeture (15) à la pièce de fermeture (25).
4. Ouverture de remplissage selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la pièce de fermeture (33) comporte dans une partie opposée au couvercle de fermeture (15) une ouverture (35) à trois ou quatre pans, disposés concentriquement, tandis qu'il est prévu sur le couvercle de fermeture (15) une broche (36) conformée de façon correspondante, qui vient en prise dans l'ouverture (35) et qui transmet le mouvement de rotation du couvercle de fermeture (15) à la pièce de fermeture (33).
5. Ouverture de remplissage selon une des précédentes revendications, caractérisée en ce que la pièce de fermeture (25) comporte des cames d'arrêt (31, 32) qui empêchent une ouverture non intentionnelle des ouvertures de retour (23, 24) lorsque l'ouverture de remplissage (12) est ouverte.
6. Ouverture de remplissage selon une des précédentes revendications, caractérisée en ce que la pièce de fermeture (25) a un fond (34) en forme de tamis.
7. Ouverture de remplissage selon une des précédentes revendications, caractérisée en ce que la pièce de fermeture (25) ferme ou bien ouvre les ouvertures de retour (23, 24) grâce à un déplacement axial du couvercle de fermeture (15).
